En France, l’indice « ICONE » (Indice de CONfinement d’air dans les Ecoles) est un indice pour évaluer le confinement de l’air d’une pièce en lui attribuant un score de 0 à 5, en particulier pour les écoles. L’indice de confinement reflète la qualité du renouvellement de l’air durant l’occupation de la pièce et se calcule à l’aide des mesures de CO2 de capteurs NDIR comme le Aura-CO2 d’eLichens.
