Operations Manager (M/F)

Our R&D is based in Grenoble, with offices in Paris and Dallas to support our global business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

Production Management: Plan, organize, and supervise all production operations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are met.
Process Optimization: Implement performance indicators and corrective actions in case of non-conformity.
Team Management.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the quality department to resolve issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordination with External Production Sites.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments (logistics, maintenance, R&D, etc.) to ensure smooth production and meet internal and external client requirements.

Profile Requirements:

Degree in engineering, production, or equivalent.
Significant experience in an industrial environment.
Adaptability, proactivity, and a strong results-oriented approach.

This role requires a structured and pragmatic leader capable of effectively managing production operations while ensuring high levels of quality and safety, as well as optimizing production costs. This position reports directly to the CEO of eLichens.
